We do NOT accept COD's orders, money orders, cashier's checks or personal checks.

Make sure to enter your correct USA billing address that matches your credit card company information on file. Our ICVERIFY credit card charge processor will verify your credit card number and billing address, before the order is filled. If your order is to be shipped to an address different from your billing address, we need written authorization to ship to the other address.

SHIPPING/INSURANCE/CLAIMS:

MEMORY TRAINS DOES NOT EXPORT OR SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

We do not offer “Same Day” shipping. The items we sell are "Collectibles" and "Are Not Replaceable" and will be shipped insured “No Exceptions”. All Orders will be shipped Federal Express. We are not responsible for freight damage or freight delays. Shipping, Insurance and Handling will be added to your total. We will contact you for your approval of the actual shipping costs and final order total before processing your order.

If there is shipping damage you must note it at the time of receipt and keep all boxes, packing and product to file a claim with the shipper. You will need to provide Federal Express access to inspect the damage and we require you provide us with pictures of the damage.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

It is Memory Train's policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information. For example, when placing online orders, the personal information you provide will be used to process your order.

Personal information will not be released to third parties except to further the purpose for which you provide the information, such as sending the products you order to your local dealer, or if release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties.

We can tell which Internet Service Provider our visitors use, but not the names, addresses or other information about our visitors that would allow us to identify the particular visitors to our sites. This information is used only for internal purposes by our technical support staff.

In addition, our web sites track information about the visits to our web sites.
